      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process claims accurately in accordance with group plan specifications for various healthcare benefits
      - Monitor and apply modifiers correctly based on Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)
      - Recognize and process claims for multiple healthcare services, including surgeries and outpatient visits
      - Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate claims processing
      - Maintain communication with the team and report any system downtimes or interruptions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with health claims or member and provider services in the healthcare industry
      - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of ICD10 Codes, CPT Codes, HCPC Codes, and ADA Codes
      - Familiarity with HIPAA, Privacy, and Security policies
      - Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions
      - Extensive working knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
