      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional administrative support to the Claims teams and claimants
      - Compile, organize, and analyze claim information for inclusion in reports and client packages
      - Document claim updates in the claim database, ensuring accuracy
      - Assist in the bill payment process, data entry tasks, and documentation production
      - Proofread, revise, and edit claim materials for accuracy and thoroughness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years customer service and/or administrative experience
      - Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
      - Strong prioritization and organization skills
      - Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in decision-making and information analysis
      - Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
