What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up new claims in the system and paper files
- Prepare, schedule, and process benefit and medical payments
- Document all work product and claim activity
- Provide clerical support including filing, faxing, and sorting
- Communicate claim information to clients, legal counsel, and internal staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in the workers' compensation claims industry
- Proficient keyboarding skills (type 45 wpm)
- Working knowledge of medical/legal terminology
- Ability to follow written and spoken instructions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the workers' compensation claims industry
