What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with approximately 50-60 customers daily, addressing inquiries regarding claims
- Provide education to customers about group insurance products, focusing on FMLA and disability
- Utilize multiple applications and platforms to ensure accurate claims processing
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps; preferred bandwidth of 25 Mbps
