What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
- Conduct data entry and rework; analyze and identify trends, providing reports as necessary
- Recognize claims by determining claim types (HCFA, Hospital, UB, Dental, and/or RX)
- Work claims files to ensure appropriate eligibility and provider records are matched to the claim
- Update and maintain claims tracking database

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Basic proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work any of the full-time shift schedules during normal business hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of data entry experience
- 1+ years of experience working with medical claims
- 1+ years of experience in a production-based environment
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting using a computer as the primary instrument
- Ability to type at the speed of 60+ WPM
