What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for claims from initial report through resolution, communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
- Mitigate client claim exposures through strategic management and negotiation with adjusters
- Organize and participate in claim review meetings and new business presentations
- Monitor claims activity and provide recommendations to internal teams regarding coverage issues
- Build strong relationships with carriers and communicate effectively to resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7-10 years of previous claims experience preferred
- Multi-line carrier or brokerage claims experience required
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field required
- Must have Property & Casualty License or obtain within 90 days of employment
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
