      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage workers’ compensation claims of all complexities, including communication with employers and medical providers
      - Develop proactive plans of action for claims and provide timely updates to employers
      - Investigate and analyze insurance liability concerning workers’ compensation injury claims in accordance with state law
      - Educate employers about retrospective rating programs and ensure compliance with state regulations
      - Represent the employer in Board of Industrial Appeals processes and collaborate with Loss Control for optimal financial outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years managing workers’ compensation claims
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Ability to prioritize tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing claims in a retrospective rating environment
      - WA State certification or WWCP designation
      - Experience with claims management systems and SharePoint
      - Openness to organizational change and continuous improvement
