What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor incoming claim notifications, ensuring all required documents are complete and legible
- Perform initial claim setup, accurately entering data and assigning correct claim statuses
- Transfer claim documents to the Transcription Department and notify management of re-bills
- Conduct preliminary analysis of client-submitted data, including claims, EOBs, bills, and policies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all security protocols

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Adobe Acrobat
- High accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures precisely
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

- Experience using multiple monitors and adapting to company-specific software
