What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Daily collections and management of outstanding accounts, including following up with insurance companies and reconciling accounts
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to report denial trends and resolve conflicts on accounts
- Ensuring accuracy in claims escalation and compliance with regulations
- Implementing and adhering to policies and procedures for timely resolution of claims
- Performing administrative duties such as answering phones and filing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Claims Escalation or Insurance Follow Up in Rural Health
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of mandatory compliance training programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility in schedule
