      Job Description

      JOB SUMMARY:
      The Claims Process Recovery Clerk is responsible for the review, correction and submission of claims for all clients; OEM, Warranty, Service Contracts, and Home Warranty

      JOB SCOPE:
      Claims and Service Order review, submission, and special projects for all the In Home B2B clients.

      Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements

      JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Submits claimable events from completed service orders in daily queues
      • Ensures that claims are filed in a timely manner using the Claims in Review accrual reports
      • Works closely with assigned Client Admin and NCC Claims Supervisor
      • Learns all functional and technical aspects of the area(s) assigned.
      • Works on assigned special projects like; claim recovery, resubmissions, working incomplete claims in client switch accounts, reporting, or others
      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS:
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • 1-2 years of related experience
      • 18 years of age or older

      REQUIRED SKILLS:
      • 1 - 2 Years Home Services or Claims/Accounting experience.
      • Problem solving skills
      • Works well in a team environment setting
      • Solid computer skills with ability to adapt and learn new systems
      • Good verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to perform multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
      • Ability to periodically work flexible schedules based on business needs
      • Ability to maintain a professional image at all times
      • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as required
      • Frequent sitting, some standing and walking and bending and reaching as necessary
      • Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers at various levels of the organization
