What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively investigate, evaluate, and resolve assigned multi-line property and liability claims
- Make timely and meaningful contact with claimants and insured parties
- Accurately evaluate policy coverage by applying claim facts to policy terms
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up on all claim files for efficient handling
- Identify potentially fraudulent claims and refer them to the Special Investigations Unit

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in current computer technology
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer service or insurance experience is preferred
