What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and resolve personal lines weather claims via phone and virtual communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients
- Lead vendors or independent adjusters and review estimates proposed by them
- Determine accurate policy coverage on weather claims and manage claims processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local industry repair procedures and market pricing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- State licensing where required and completion of applicable claims certification training
- Preferred one to three years of related claims handling or construction experience
- General knowledge of insurance theory, practices, and contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders
