      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
      - Handle assigned weather claims promptly and effectively, making decisions within delegated authority
      - Lead vendors or independent adjusters and review proposed estimates, explaining scope of work to customers
      - Determine accurate policy coverage on weather claims and conduct follow-ups using claims systems
      - Maintain knowledge of local industry repair procedures and submit reports regarding weather claims as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - State licensing where required and successful completion of applicable claims certification training/classes
      - 1-3 years of related claims handling or construction experience
      - Strong analytical skills necessary for decision-making and issue resolution
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders
