What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete accurate and timely estimate and documentation reviews for various property damage assignments
- Communicate with franchisees and insurance carriers to ensure requirements are met
- Coach franchises on improving estimating and documentation performance
- Identify trends and provide support to the network and carrier partners
- Assist with technical claim inquiries and support franchises on estimating requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field
- 1+ years of experience with estimation principles in the insurance industry
- 2+ years of experience with contracting and/or field work for a given trade
- Ability to pass required industry and company certifications on the first attempt

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience serving in a customer service role
- 5+ years of experience in the restoration industry related to property damage mitigation and reconstruction
