      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a caseload of high-complexity property and casualty insurance claims
      - Conduct coverage, liability, and damage analysis for all claims assignments
      - Investigate claims by gathering evidence and conducting interviews
      - Negotiate settlements and control expenses while managing litigated files
      - Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced claims professionals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of seven years of experience in handling property and casualty insurance claims
      - High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Expert knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and claims handling
      - Ability to obtain required state adjusters' licenses within six months of training
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced Degree or Juris Doctorate Degree preferred
      - Adjuster license and/or relevant certifications desired
      - Experience with complex coverage issues and multi-jurisdictional claims
