What is Required (Qualifications):

- At least 3 years of claims handling experience
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as AIC, SCLA, or CPCU
- Experience in a mentorship or leadership role within a team or project setting
