What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and build workflows and system configurations for assigned applications
- Execute application testing, including unit, integrated, and enhancement system functionality
- Provide go-live and ongoing support for customers using the application
- Maintain documentation of system modifications, ticket resolutions, and project communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application capabilities and support enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One (1)+ year experience in Epic Ambulatory reports or Patient Access, Research reports
- Minimum of Associate's Degree or 3+ years prior Data Analytics and report writing experience
- Epic Certification in Clarity or Caboodle data models
- Proven ability to support application functionality and customer needs
- Experience with analytical tools, visualization tools, scripting tools, and processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of application governance and change control processes
- Experience working with healthcare informatics and enhancement requests
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for project presentations
- Ability to mentor and validate work performed by junior analysts
