What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and build the related application to optimize capabilities and workflows
- Execute test scripts and document outcomes, including troubleshooting support
- Provide go-live and ongoing application support for customers
- Maintain documentation of system modifications and updates, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements and project management activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Epic Ambulatory reports or Patient Access, Research reports
- Associate’s Degree or 3+ years prior experience in Data Analytics and report writing
- Must be Epic Certified in Clarity or Caboodle data models
- Ability to work with moderate supervision and support the application effectively
- Experience with analytical tools, visualization tools, scripting tools, and processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience working with a specified customer base
- Familiarity with application governance needs and change control processes
- Experience in developing training materials related to application functionality
- Strong communication skills for presenting to project teams
- Ability to collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency
