Job Title: Clean Room Assembler (Nights)

Job Description

Working in a clean room environment, you will be responsible for assembling medical tools. This role involves using hand tools and working with small pieces to ensure precise assembly.
Responsibilities

• Inspect hex tips
• Insert hex tips into nose cones using a hydraulic press
• Apply Teflon to clutches using a hydraulic press
• Assemble torque wrenches
• Install screws to complete the assembly process using a screw down machine
• Adjust torque on wrenches using a torque tester
• Install caps
• Perform final cleaning and packaging of completed wrenches

• Experience in production

• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability to work in a clean room environment

• Manual dexterity for working with small pieces

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean room where you are required to wear a head gown and a full bunny suit. No makeup, jewelry, or perfume is allowed to ensure a sterile environment. The work involves shifts with the 1st shift running from 5am to 1:30pm with 2 hours of overtime, and the 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm with 2 hours of overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newbury Park, California.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
