What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Clearance Team on legal clearance matters for various projects from pre-production to release
- Conduct extensive research on trademarks, copyrights, titles, fictitious characters/locations, and artwork
- Maintain indexing, tracking, and record-keeping of media materials for different projects
- Manage advertising, promotions, marketing, and consumer products restrictions for assigned projects
- Liaise daily with productions and other departments across the company

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in motion picture and/or television clearance; animation experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with quick turnaround requirements
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Gmail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills
