What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new referrals by verifying patient eligibility and coordinating benefits
- Document all relevant information related to insurance coverage, including coinsurance and authorization requirements
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibilities based on benefit verification
- Initiate and secure prior authorizations and communicate updates to patients and referral sources
- Generate paperwork for new patient start of care and assist with financial assistance programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion specialty pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CPR+ software
- Experience with prior authorization processes in home infusion services
