What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new referrals by verifying patient eligibility and coordinating benefits
- Document all information related to coinsurance, copay, deductibles, and authorization requirements
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based on benefit verification
- Secure prior authorization, pre-determination, or medical review by reviewing clinical documents
- Communicate with patients and referral sources regarding referral status and coverage updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement experience
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CPR+ preferred
- Experience in managing numerous referrals and priorities effectively
