      Req#: 25-23115

      Clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception work, scheduling meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, and operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), as well as other clerical functions. Must be able to type 50 keystrokes per minute and have intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are required. Excellent customer service skills are essential. The role involves performing data entry and general clerical duties while maintaining a professional demeanor. Liaising with nurses, physicians, and staff is a key component, along with the ability to interact with patients throughout the day.

      Education Requirement

      High School Diploma/GED is required. Prior medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred.

      Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

      Two years of experience is required.
