      Job summary

      The role will require the successful candidate to undertake administration duties for patients on an elective admission pathway from Pre-operative assessment through from referral, pre-op assessment through to admission and discharge. They will provide administrative support to a multi-disciplinary clinical team as well as provide administration service for patients attending various clinics within Pre-Assessment Centre. They will undertake reception duties across the 3 areas of Day Surgery Centre, Theatre Admissions Unit & Pre-Op Assessment Clinic and undertake administration duties for patients attending Theatre Treatment Suite.

      Please note the hours of the role cover between 6.50am to 7pm.

      • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), Grade C/4 or above
      • ECDL Advanced or equivalent

      Experience

      • Recent experience in using Microsoft word processing and spreadsheet packages
