What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform mailroom duties, including opening, sorting, scanning, and distributing moderate volumes of mail
- Sort and file paper documents efficiently
- Move incoming emails and faxes to the appropriate department queue within a paperless workflow system
- Conduct data entry and manage updates to client/agent information in the policy administration system
- Track department work totals and handle checks being received and sent out, including premium payments and benefit payments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Comfortable using computers and various software applications
- Ability to maintain a dependable attendance record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably in the insurance industry
