      Overview

      The Compliance Clerk is responsible for processing, item/product set-ups. Verifies compliance documents about Suppliers. Reviewing depletions Sales Report and State Reports Filing.

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Maintain all Depletion Management files, including new items, new distributors, new suppliers and all pertinent sales history.
      • Coordinate with all customers to collect all depletion reports.
      • Review customer depletion information for consistency with item specification and packaging.
      • Input the customer’s cases sold, ending inventory and check open order data against customer receipts.
      • Extract depletion information for control states from the NABCA books. If books are not available, estimate the data based on sales trend of previous months and years.
      • Run data integrity test before generating reports to ensure that all files are intact.
      • After generating reports, “zip” reports in MSDOS, send via E-mail Send to Laser via E-mail.
      • Receive reports from Laser within 24 hours and sort. Forward relative reports to the following departments: Corporate, Executive, Sales Management and Staff, Brokers, Suppliers.
      • Customize all reports for Supplier meetings, Distributor meetings and other sales related analysis.
      • Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to the success of the department and function at Shaw-Ross International Importers.

      Additional Primary Responsibilities

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Capable of solving a variety of customer service problems and supporting a range of personalities and customer types
      • Two years certificate from college or technical school
      • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a business environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
      • Accurate data-entry skills.
      • Effective verbal/written communication skills in performing job duties with various departments, customers, and levels of management.
      • Basic mathematical skills including the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
