- You will receive, review, assign, log and prepare customer work requests.
- You will perform variety of procedural and clerical and basic administrative support duties designed to relieve the supervisor and/or others of many routine, miscellaneous matters of this nature.
- You will receive calls, greet visitors, and direct calls or visitors to appropriate staff person based on personal knowledge of project and ongoing operations.
- You will prepare correspondence, labels, reports, forms, or other documents.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.

This announcement is open to applicants who meet the definition of a "Student" and are in good academic standing as defined in the "Requirements" section of this ANNC.
Summer Internship appointment, applicants must meet the GPA requirement of at least 2.85 and the definition of a "Student" by the closing date of this announcement and throughout the duration of their appointment.
Student - Is defined as an individual who has been accepted for enrollment or enrolled and seeking a 4-year degree (at least) at a qualifying educational institution, on a full or half-time basis (as defined by the institution in which the student is enrolled).
To qualify for the GS-0303-04 series, you must have successfully completed of two full academic years of post-high school study or have an associate's degree.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience. General experience must demonstrate the following: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates your ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
