- Act as the provider enrollment admin, ensuring timely upload of fingerprints and scanning of mail
- Send reminder emails to analysts to keep them on target with their tasks
- Manage incoming emails and CBT tickets efficiently
- Maintain attention to detail in managing files, records, and documentation
- Prioritize work to consistently meet departmental Key Performance Metrics (KPMs)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of office management software and tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and tactful
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
