What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory and freight within the warehouse
- Fulfill service request tickets and deploy equipment to various locations promptly
- Communicate with customers regarding shipments and service request issues
- Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Receive and distribute inventory shipments, ensuring proper documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse setting
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting cycle counts and reconciliation
- 2 years of experience in customer service roles with direct customer interaction
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, including Windows 7 or greater

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using shipping applications for tracking packages and filing claims
- Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs., with flexibility for heavier loads as needed
- Strong ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and comply with written instructions
