      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire, train, lead, and coach outside sales representatives in setting account strategies and creating sales plans
      - Present district sales results, forecasts, and strategies to district and regional leaders regularly
      - Manage sales territories and develop targeting tools and customer campaigns
      - Collaborate with district operations leaders to ensure execution of sales plans
      - Utilize SalesForce and train the sales team on its effective use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of outside sales experience
      - 5+ years of direct staff management experience
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent additional experience required
      - Strong understanding of the environmental services industry
      - Proven track record in account management and development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience using SalesForce or similar CRM software
      - Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
      - Training and presentation skills
      - Ability to work through conflict management effectively
      - Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Products
