- Develop relationships with carriers and create executive renewal marketing strategies
- Utilize leadership skills to provide direction and feedback to team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum ten years of insurance industry experience
- Strong knowledge of aviation coverage lines and markets
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of insurance math
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training
- P&C License
