What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Client Service Team (CST) to resolve issues and manage projects
- Maintain ownership of assigned intermediate-level service requests
- Ensure all service standards are met for CST and client satisfaction
- Handle progressively complex assignments including adjustment resolution and reporting requests
- Engage internal partners to deliver quality solutions for CST teams and clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or data manipulation
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the healthcare and PBM industry
- Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues with urgency
