      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, focusing on problem-solving and process optimization
      - Collaborate with tech teams to establish and validate database imports
      - Record transactions in the general ledger and compile financial statements
      - Enhance efficiency in the financial preparation process for recurring teams
      - Ensure the accuracy of data collection and maintenance across all accounting functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience working with balance sheets, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
      - Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
      - Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
      - Basic income tax and GAAP experience
      - Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new software independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a CPA firm or Franchise Accounting
      - Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field
