Your role
As clients’ first point of contact for private banking services and account administration, our CSAs are experienced across a broad range of topics including cash management, banking solutions, and account maintenance.
We’re Looking for a Client Associate To:
• Act as a Relationship Manager for Ultra High Net Worth clients with complex estate strategies
• Work directly with clients / family offices on Private Banking Services such as Account Onboarding, Cash & Expense Management, Estate Plan Execution, Liability Management, and Investment Administration & Funding
• Onboard and manage complex Entity Structures like Trusts, LLCs, and Business Entities with deep knowledge of Trust & Estate Planning
• Execute intricate Lending Strategies across various entities like Securities Backed Loans, Unsecured Loans, Private Equity / Hedge Fund Loans, and Mortgages
• Coordinate administration and funding of unique Investment Strategies like Alternative Investments, Direct Investments, Syndicate Deals, and Private Investments in Public Equity (PIPE)
• Interact with High Profile Clients and their ExternalYour team
You’ll work with a high profile Private Wealth Management Team in New York, NY, that oversees $10bn+ managed assets. We represent Ultra High Net Worth families with a focus on Entrepreneurs and Business Executives, with a specialization in the Financial Sector. Our 16-person team offers family office-style coverage and service, alongside an Advice Beyond Investing model embodied by creating Connections that Matter.
Your expertise
• Series 7 & 66 Licenses (Registered CAs Only)
• Ideally 3-5 Years of Experience in Client Service, within Private Wealth Management
• Superior Communicator (Verbal & Written) with Top-Notch Interpersonal Skills
• Detail-Oriented (Nothing Gets Past You!) with a Focus on “Big Picture” Thinking
• Expert Multi-Tasking with Strong Organization of Time Sensitive Priorities
• Passion for Proactivity with Perfect Execution and Follow Through
• Strong Collaboration Skills with a Team Player (We’re All in This Together!) Attitude

Salary information
CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $68,000 to $75,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
