What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer accounts and provide payment support
- Process and apply customer payments to accounts
- Handle subledger transaction applications and adjustments
- Prepare accounts receivable reports and forecasts
- Oversee credit and customer collection management activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1+ years of prior work experience required
- Must be able to work onsite or attend meetings onsite three to four times a month in Burlington, NC
- Capability or willingness to achieve an internet speed of 50 mbps for remote work
- Prior billing collections experience strongly preferred, especially in client billing for hospitals or commercial entities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous project management or coordination experience with multiple customers or vendors
- Experience with accounts payable invoices, procurement, or accounts receivable reconciliations
- Previous revenue cycle management (RCM) experience
