      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and respond to escalated billing inquiries and complaints from clients
      - Interact with clients via email to assess situations and provide resolutions
      - Identify emerging trends and provide feedback to improve processes and client experience
      - Maintain logs, records, and files while managing an inventory of assigned cases
      - Collaborate with operational divisions and maintain communication with Client Relations Managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 7 years of related experience in client support or escalations
      - Extensive knowledge of the company's products and services
      - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a related field or industry with a focus on client complaints
      - Strong MS Office skills, particularly in data entry and reporting
      - Proven ability to craft client-friendly communications based on research findings
