What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the day-to-day management of clients' accounts to ensure high-quality service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Conduct project analysis and prepare monthly reports on client accounts
- Coach and train analysts to meet clients' expectations and improve service delivery
- Enforce intellectual property infringements, including counterfeits and copyright violations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in delivering presentations and engaging in client-facing communication
- Previous knowledge of Brand Protection or Intellectual Property is highly desirable
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to team success
