      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct meetings (in-person or over the phone) with existing clients to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions
      - Ensure adherence to ethical practices by avoiding the provision of legal advice or independent fee quoting
      - Oversee client onboarding by creating engagement agreements and managing payment processes
      - Maintain ongoing communication with clients, especially those who miss appointments, to foster future engagements
      - Keep detailed records of client interactions and conversion metrics in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in sales of products or services, preferably in luxury or high-end markets
      - Proven track record of success in consultative sales
      - Experience using a CRM for reporting and data analysis to manage sales performance
      - Strong empathy and active listening skills to build trust with clients
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and similar tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with a diverse client base
      - Knowledge of business-based immigration is a plus, but eagerness to learn is also welcomed
      - Background in the legal industry or familiarity with legal services
