      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with insurance coverage, financial planning, and account servicing
      - Utilize consultative skills to assess client needs and make tailored recommendations
      - Resolve client inquiries and collaborate with other departments for positive outcomes
      - Maintain subject matter expertise on the employer’s distribution channels and products
      - Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and achieve daily objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience with consultative sales techniques
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to ask probing questions
      - Flexibility to work full-time between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday; FINRA Series 6/63 and Life and Health licenses required within 90 days of hire

      - Prior training in consultative sales techniques
      - Familiarity with Salesforce
      - Ability to adapt to rapid changes and maintain composure in stressful situations
