What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide professional client service by answering incoming calls and processing financial transactions with accuracy
- Act as a backup for the banking center team, assisting with operational and client-facing needs
- Proactively identify and refer additional financial needs to appropriate business partners
- Meet or exceed established sales goals through effective client analysis and communication
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent client service and telephone skills
- Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client transactions and account information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with interactive teller systems and banking software
- Ability to work flexible or weekend hours on a rotating basis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
