      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct, white glove support and service to merchants regarding all merchant services products and services
      - Educate existing merchants on product solutions and manage general and technical support tickets
      - Offer ongoing feedback on processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvements
      - Act as the key contact for PCI Compliance, Retention, and Quality Assurance
      - Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable banking laws and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of customer service and technical support experience
      - At least 1 year of experience in merchant services payments processing
      - Substantial knowledge of processing platforms such as TSYS or Fiserv
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
      - Proficient computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office 365 products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience communicating with C-Suite level clients and internal business partners
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% annually
