      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with operations leaders and Talent Acquisition to drive a multi-disciplinary recruiting strategy
      - Gather requirements and improve interviewing processes to close candidates effectively
      - Build trust and influence with key stakeholders while managing candidate pipelines
      - Utilize metrics to drive results and manage hiring against tight timelines
      - Network and establish effective working relationships to source candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting experience or account management/sales management experience
      - Experience with Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and managing candidates
      - Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience
      - Ability to work with little direct supervision and execute recruiting strategies effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 1+ year of healthcare industry exposure
      - Experience with a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive research
      - Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
      - Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment
      - Possession of strong analytic skills for workflow management between candidates and hiring teams
