      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a deep knowledge of the software and create training materials for internal teams and customers
      - Provide training to clients and trial users, designing interactive eLearning modules and video tutorials
      - Partner with customers to resolve issues and answer questions through various communication channels
      - Manage the onboarding of new clients and maintain a library of up-to-date product training materials
      - Collaborate with product managers to translate product features into clear training content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic Client Success role, preferably serving Enterprise customers
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding and training clients in a SaaS or technology environment
      - Proven experience providing excellent customer service within a SaaS environment
      - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Must have the right to live and work in the USA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - B.A. (Hons) Degree in a related field
      - Experience with SaaS tools and ticketing systems such as Intercom and Zendesk
      - Familiarity with working with Librarians or Law Firms
      - Experience in a remote company and team setting
      - Interest in further developing technical skills
