      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead clients through the onboarding process, managing timelines and communication
      - Guide clients and their employees through the open enrollment process, including eligibility verification and plan selection
      - Facilitate completion and submission of carrier setup paperwork for accuracy and timely processing
      - Conduct training sessions for clients and their employees to maximize platform usage
      - Maintain accurate client onboarding documentation and notes for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, benefits account management, or benefits administration
      - High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Life and Health Insurance License highly preferred
      - At least one year of client management or project management experience
      - Strong understanding of health benefits administration and open enrollment processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of health and welfare benefit plans, compliance, and regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA legislation
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher
      - Excellent presentation skills with the capacity to explain complex information clearly
      - High-level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information
