What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reach out to new clients promptly using power dialer systems to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Spearhead the onboarding journey for small market clients, addressing their unique needs and expectations
- Deliver in-depth training through client portal demonstrations and maintain high client satisfaction
- Manage tasks, track timelines, and communicate updates to both the employer and the client
- Become an expert in products, services, and industry regulations to provide informed support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
