What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client communication, addressing technical accounting and product inquiries
- Manage client escalations with customer service and problem-solving skills
- Guide clients through product changes and follow up on resolutions
- Prepare and explain billing charges and process client terminations
- Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse client portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
- Minimum 3 years of client servicing experience with small business owners
- Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in small business accounting and tax services
