What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate internal and external meeting invites
- Take and distribute meeting minutes internally and externally
- Track timelines and resources for operational processes
- Manage time while tracking deliverables simultaneously
- Communicate with clients and employees effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s in business administration or equivalent working experience
- Zero to two years’ work experience in a customer-facing job
- Previous experience taking meeting minutes or documenting
- Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, agile environment
