      Manage key accounts. Lead corporate-wide efforts to develop efficient and effective processes that enable VSP to service both the customer and serve the organization’s strategic initiatives. Act as expert advisor and liaison on client service and marketing-related projects and issues. Collaborate with account team and internal business partners on strategies that drive growth and strengthen account relationships.

      Utilize market knowledge, research, and direct customer input to identify current and future customer requirements ensuring expectations are defined, understood, and integrated into product and/or service offerings

      Act as primary conduit for strategic marketing initiatives by promoting the value of Eyefinity products to key accounts through satisfaction results, service performance results, technology advancements, and quality or production advancements

      Develop solutions that meet key account needs and fit within the organization’s products and processes

      Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address requirements as they relate to the organization’s products and service offerings

      Function as primary service contact to achieve and maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure client retention; document-specific account requirements and work back with Product Management team for inclusion in product roadmap

      Participate in and facilitate key account meetings

      Develop and manage the implementation process to ensure key accounts are implemented according to requirements and performance standards; work with internal business partners to address custom key account requirements; ensure account requirements are documented and communicated

      Proactively monitor key accounts to identify problematic issues; escalate client issues to the appropriate business partners and drive solutions as needed

      Job Specifications

      Typically has the following skills or abilities:

      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

      2+ years of account management experience

      In-depth understanding of software and/or optical industry

      Demonstrated expertise with all VSP Vision products and services

      Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence business partners and effectively partner with senior-level management

      Ability to manage multiple concurrent account implementations and business issues

      Strong understanding of VSP Vision business objectives and the business environment

      Proven ability to adapt to change quickly and work effectively within an agile environment

      Skill to target communication to audiences including VSP management and outside organizations

      Proven problem identification and solving capabilities

      Ability to travel 25%-50% of time

      Preferred Skills
      • Collaborate with sales and sales operations leadership to drive initiatives that are directly tied to sales and sales operations goals.

      • Effectively facilitate training of customer facing software and programs to targeted list of clientele identified based on generated lists.

      • Provide post-implementation support, such as problem resolution, adjustments to new procedures, and change management

      • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing

      • Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve problems

      • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision

      • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.

      • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.

      • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

      Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.       Salary Ranges: $58,656.00 - $92,328.00
