      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop client reports ranging from simple line reports to complex data visualizations
      - Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to ensure accuracy and usefulness for business leaders
      - Utilize SQL queries, software, and tools to process data and create custom reports
      - Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI to meet stakeholder and client needs
      - Collaborate with stakeholders, IT Business Analysts, and Software Developers on data & reporting projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a relevant field preferred
      - Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
      - Proficiency in data and reporting tools such as SSIS, SSRS, SQL Database, and Power BI
      - Knowledge of best practices for SDLC and process improvements
      - Proficient in designing and running SQL queries
      - Proficient in leveraging project management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence platforms
      - Knowledge of data governance and data confidentiality regulations
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
