What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with clients via phone to deliver a best-in-class client experience by resolving matters related to client services and/or billing
- Complete calculations and transactions accurately to make policy changes, modify policy coverage, and/or collect premiums from clients
- Enter communication records and other data into various company systems for information transfer
- Handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and web inquiries in a production environment
- Work beyond normal business hours as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing sales, retail, or food service role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly computer literate
- Background in the insurance and/or financial services industry
- May require appropriate property/casualty licensing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service
- Customer service experience
